· EFT corrects the imbalance that occurs in the body between an unpleasant memory and the physical and/or emotional sensations that arise when that memory comes to mind.
· EFT can quickly bring results when nothing else has worked to relieve the anxiety and distress.
· The majority of the time this technique can be used by yourself, on yourself, in the moment, or at the end of your day, to clear the day to day minor irritations of life.
· However, we all have something that can bring us to our knees, either physically or mentally.
· Most of us figured out how to block these things for a long time, but eventually, it seems the wall breaks down and we are forced to deal with it in some way.
